Watch Live Broadcast Here: USA vs Ghana
Both teams had been expected to finish second in their respective groups, but for a last gasped winner against Algeria saw USA finishing as winner in Group C. The US team will now fancy their chances against Ghana.
Milovan Rajevac has guided his Ghana team through without the presence of lynchpin midfielder Michael Essien, the Chelsea man’s absence leading many to doubt Ghana’s chances of qualifying for the knockout stages.
US Coach Bob Bradley will welcome the return of Robbie Findley from suspension after he missed the Algeria victory for two yellow cards he picked up in the opening two matches. Maurice Edu is likely to retain his place in the first 11 after coming in for Jose Francisco Torres.
Ghana could be without centre-back Isaac Vorsah for the knockout encounter as the defender struggles to win his fitness battle.

South Africa (26 June 2010) – The first game of the knockout stages of World Cup 2010 sees Uruguay take on South Korea in Port Elizabeth.
Watch Live Broadcast Here: Uruguay vs South Korea
As winner of Group A, Uruguay looked impressive during the group stage, qualifying with two wins and a draw.
South Korea’s fighting spirit saw them progressed via Group B with a win, loss and a draw.
Uruguay will be seen as the favorite as they have never lost to South Korea in four previous meetings – winning three and drawing one.
Written off before the World Cup, the Koreans won their first game against Greece, before losing to Argentina and then drawing with Nigeria to progress to the knockout phase.
Uruguay coach Oscar Tabarez is confident that his team can progress further and the draw looks kind for them.
Tabarez’s side are oozing with confidence since the impressive victory over South Africa. Forlan will once again likely to lead the attack, with Cavani looking set to keep his place against South Korea. Villareal defender Diego Godin should return after recovering from injury.
South Korea, on the other would most likely be contented to see out a draw and try to take advantage of penalties to progress to the next stage.
Coach Huh Jung-moo will most likely stick to his favored 4-4-2 line-up with star men Park Ji-sung and Lee Chung-yong providing the big threat from the flanks.

South Africa (25 June 2010) – Ivory Coast are all but certain of missing the knockout stages of World Cup 2010 unless they have a goal feast against the North Korean.
Watch Live Broadcast Here: North Korea vs Ivory Coast
Sven Goran Eriksson’s side looked good after playing out a goalless draw with Portugal in their opening match, but a 3-1 defeat to Brazil in a subsequent match coupled with Portugal’s 7-0 mauling of North Korea had in all certainty did them in.
The Elephants have remained in positive mood ahead of the clash in Nelspruit in South Africa and will believe they can record a convincing win. But realistically many will bet against them qualifying for the last 16.
North Korea will be going home after the group stage as expected, but will be looking to restore their pride after suffering such a crushing defeat to Portugal. Only a good performance against Ivory Coast will endear them to their dear leader.
The manager could decide to give opportunities to some players that have not figured yet in the tournament but is more likely to allow those that took to the field against Portugal to try and make amends.

South Africa (25 June 2010) – With only bragging rights to play for, Portugal and Brazil battle it out today for the right to enter the last 16 as Group G winners.
Watch Live Broadcast Here: Portugal vs Brazil
Brazil are already guaranteed a place in the knockout stages, while Portugal is almost there unless there’s a freak of a result in the Group G matches, ie. Portugal losing to Brazil, and Ivory Coast winning North Korea by a big margin.
Brazil are in a league of their own, seeing off North Korea 2-1 and Ivory Coast 3-1. Although many would like to see Brazil show off more of their silky skills, Coach Dunga has opted to be practical and has enforced tactical discipline in every department of this Brazilian side.
Portugal, on the other hand, needed a wake up call in the form of a 0-0 draw with Ivory Coast to get their world cup campaign back on track. The 7-0 mauling of North Korea has all but ensured their passage into the knockout stages.
Carlos Queiroz will be confident that his side can build on the 7-0 demolition of North Korea and progress much further than the last 16.
As important as playmaker Kaka can be, his presence in this match is inconsequential as Brazil has already qualified. Having to serve a one match suspension for the sending off against Ivory Coast, this could actually work in Brazil’s favor as he will be fresh should Brazil progress to the quarterfinals.

South Africa (25 June 2010) – Switzerland will be hoping to gatecrash the last 16 of the World Cup 2010 when they take on Honduras at Bloemfontein, South Africa today.
Watch Live Broadcast Here: Switzerland vs Honduras
It was a dream start for the Swiss as they claimed a famous scalp with a 1-0 victory over European champions Spain. Expectations heightened after this victory and Switzerland were tipped to make the last 16.
However, they lost 1-0 to Chile in subsequent match which left Group H wide open. All 4 teams, Spain, Chile, Switzerland and Honduras have a chance to qualify to the next round, although Chile is in the driving seat needing only a draw against Spain to qualify, while Honduras’ is a remote possibility.
Ottmar Hitzfeld’s side will fancy their chances of seeing off a Honduras side that has yet to earn a point or score a goal, but they will need to be more adventurous.
Honduras could opt to shuffle their pack in this final fixture. Only a comprehensive victory, and with some help from Chile, would be enough to see them secure an unexpected passage into the last 16.
With qualificatio to the last 16 hanging by a really thin thread, coach Reinaldo Rueda could decide to go for the jugular and field an attacking side.

South Africa (25 June 2010) – You can watch this Spain vs Chile World Cup 2010 Match LIVE from South Africa here.
Watch Live Broadcast Here: Chile vs Spain
In this must-win match for Spain, Coach Vicente Del Bosque is expected to bring Andres Iniesta back into the starting line-up after the Barcelona playmaker recovers from an injury.
This world cup has certainly sprung some surprises, and Spain has only themselves to blame after going down 1-0 to Switzerland. They were expected to cruise through to the last 16 with ease having impressed in the world cup qualification. Over confidence, perhaps?
Chile have been impressive so far, having won both their matches against Honduras and Switzerland. Needing only a point to qualify to the last 16, don’t be surprise Chile will employ a defensive tactic to frustrate the Spanish.
Having said that, with Chilean players such as Alexis Sanchez, Matias Fernandez and Jean Beausejour looking so impressive during the earlier matches, Chile have enough to suggest that they could pose a significant threat to Spain’s qualification to the next round.
Their attacking play under Coach Marcelo Bielsa was a delight to watch, although the lack of a clinical finisher could be their undoing.
